However, this is not common as much as green tea and sometime it could difficult to find lemongrass tea from your nearest grocery shop. This drink gives you same or more benefits than green tea. How to make lemongrass tea?

  • Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 to 3 teaspoons fresh or dried lemongrass.
  • Steep for at least 5 minutes.
  • Strain the tea.
